In the sacred silence of farewell, RSM is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that RSM's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Martin and Catherine Martin (Clancy); and her brothers, Thomas F. and Daniel M. Martin. She is survived by: her brothers, Charles Henry Martin (Sue) of Tiverton and John Paul Martin of Little Compton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St Patrick Parish (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Aidan - St. Patrick Church (1460 Diamond Hill Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (15 Highland View Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
