He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rivelli and Antoinette Rivelli (Gazerro); and his brother Edward Rivelli. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rivelli (Conca); his children, Michael Rivelli (Diane) and Maria Bliss (Charles); his grandchildren, Allison Hourahan (Kevin), Nicholas Rivelli, Emily Bliss and Kaitlyn Bliss; and his great grandchild Henry Hourahan. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Saint Anthony Memorial Fund, 5 Gibbs Street, North Providence, RI 02904.
