He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Giroux and Vernette Giroux of Waterville, Maine.; and his siblings, Leon and Gloria. He is survived by: his husband Leonard E. Lavoie; and his brothers, John Giroux (Betty) and Paul Giroux.
