He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent O'Connell Jr. and Mary O'Connell (Hunt); his wife Ann E. Kennedy (Izzo); and his daughter Kimberly L. Kennedy. He is survived by: his daughter Julie M. Kennedy; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Martino and Erika Cambra (Derek Doucette); his great grandchildren, Cameron and Lillianne Montminy; and his brother Roderick Kennedy.
