He is survived by: his daughter Mila; his parents, Jennie (Mark) and Patrick Sr. (Beth); his grandmother Marie; his siblings, Kyle (Jenna), Gabriel, Ryan (Marissa), Faith (Liam) and Ashley (Nate); his fiancée Haley; his nephews, Mason, Ryan, Mykah and Maddox; his niece Evelyn; his uncle Pat; his grandparents, Grampy David, Jennifer, Lou and Dale; and his uncle Paul. He is also survived by many extended Family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in his memory may be made to a Go Fund me that will go to his Daughter Future.
