She was predeceased by: her husband William Forte; her parents, Pasquale Chece and Louisa Chece (Pascale); and her siblings, John and Pasco Chece.
She is survived by: her children, William D. Forte (Karen), Joyce Finley (Lynn) and Pamela Ricci (David); her grandchildren, Ryan Ricci and Stephen Ricci; her great grandchildren, Waylyn, Presley, Luca, Sofia and Maison; her sister Anna DeAngelis; and her sister-in-law Anna Chece.
