He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stewart and Carrie Stewart (Bascum); his siblings, Eliza, Francis Page, Dorothy Cooper of Martha Gay, S. T, Bumer, John D., John B., Frank and L. Stewart; and his son Robert E. Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy J. Stewart, Carnell Stewart, Yolanda Fay Stewart and Lonnie Ray Stewart; his niece Norma Thomas; his great-nephew Elijah Page; and also Christine Stewart.
