It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian G. Farland (Providence, Rhode Island), who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony A. Farland; her parents, Giovanni Volpe and Marie Volpe (Vento); her son Robert Farland; her grandson Jacob Tella; and her sisters, Helen Petit and Jean Calise (Joseph).

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Ashby-Farland (Douglas), Cindy Tiodor (Jack) and Lea Ferri (Ronald); her grandchildren, Tori Heine, Robert and Shanon Farland; her great grandchildren, Devyn, Zakary, Brandon, Shane, Alexis and Michael; and her sister Hercules Volpe.
