He was predeceased by: his wife Joan E. O'Neill; his parents, John O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Crane); and his siblings, Josephine O'Brien, Mary Donovan, Dr. John, Thomas, William, Vincent, Robert, Raymond, Paul, Nancy and Jane Couture.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jo-Ann O'Neill and Nancy O'Neill; and his grandson Max O'Neill.
