He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mazzotta and Esther Mazzotta (Quaglieri); his stepsons, Daniel R. Bucki and Richard P. Bucki; and his brother Richard F. Mazzotta.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Mazzotta (Bucki); his stepdaughters, Carolynn Bucki-Lowe (Jeff Lowe) and Mary Choquette; and his grandchildren, Joe, Morgan, Alec Bucki, Jade, Melody Lowe, Cassidy, Caitlin, Abby Choquette and Kayla Bucki.
