We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, Joanne Belliveau Oechler of Providence, Rhode Island, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond L. Belliveau and Ruth V. Belliveau (Bailey); and her brothers, Raymond L. Belliveau, Jr. and Gerard Belliveau. She is survived by: her husband Hugh M. Oechler; her children, James M. Kickham (Leslie), Sarah B. Kickham (Peter Migliorini) of New York, NY and Joshua B. Kickham (Caitlin); her grandchildren, Sawyer, Robert (RJ), Reilly and Ciera Kickham; her sister Mary B. Strauss; her sister-in-law Arlene Belliveau of Scituate, MA; and her pets, Sophie, Bella and Wallace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
