He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria J. Siravo and Charles R. Urban, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Anthony J. Urban, Jimmy Adamson of Providence and Domenic T. Stone; and his siblings, Charles R. Urban, Jr., Gloria L. Forgue, John C., Lisa M., Rhonda I., Jennifer R. Urban, Jessica L., Christine M. and Ashley A. Siravo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
