He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie Saint Franc (Labissiere); his parents, Sady Franc and Elaine Saint Franc (Robert); his children, Kenny Saint Franc and Annya Saint Franc; his siblings, Alex Saint Franc, Jeannel Saint Franc, Robenson Saint Franc, Patrick Saint Franc, Wesner Robert and Deslourdes Robert Victor; and his child-in-law Cheick Kaire. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home (331 Smith St, Providence, RI 02908). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Elmwood Avenue Church of God (297 Elmwood Ave, Providence, RI 02907).
