He is survived by: his wife Joan Lubitz (Biloon); his son Jeffrey Chase-Lubitz (April) of Providence; his daughter-in-law Shirley Lubitz of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Andrea Robinette (John-Michael), Carly Lubitz, Jacob Chase-Lubitz, Lily Chase Fielding (Joseph) and Jesse Chase-Lubitz; and his great grandchild Evelyn June Chase-Fielding.
