She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Urban of Providence, Gloria Forgue of Providence, Rhonda Urban of Providence, Lisa Urban of Providence, Jessica Siravo of Providence, Ashley Siravo of Providence and Christine Siravo of East Providence; and her brothers, Paul Beaulieu of Providence and Joseph Pelligrino of Maine. She is also survived by her children.
