Forte, Sr. (Kathleen) and Ernest Forte (Heidi); her grandchildren, Dawn Marie Montecalvo, Albert R. Forte, Jr., Nicole Ashley McLymont and Alexis Forte; and her siblings, Angelina Previte, Benny Romano, Vito Romano, John Romano, Violet Palozzi, Marietta Miller and Emily Mulligan.
