She was predeceased by: her son Tavares Reyes; and her significant other Miguel Minaya Rosario. She is survived by: her children, Máximo Reyes, Ramón Reyes, Georgina Perez Minaya, Maria Teresa Minaya, Roberto Minaya, Francisca Reyes, Julio César Minaya and Marisol Reyes. She is also survived by four siblings; thirty grandchildren; fifty-seven great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
