He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A., Sr. and Patricia Lynch (Howe). He is survived by: his daughter Ashley D. Crossman (Frederick, Jr.); and his siblings, Carol Hand, Paul Lynch, Jr. and Kevin Lynch (Dory-Lynn Malloy).
