He is survived by: his parents, David Baxter, Sr. of Charlestown, NH and Katherine A. Baxter (Van Leeuwen) of Scotland, UK.; his son Evan R. Baxter; his sisters, Christina M. Bucker, Julianne Pesaturo (John) and Joyce L. Baxter; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly A. Roosa (Caleb), Alexis E. Viti, Sarah A. Bucker, Kaitlin M. Fill (Nathan), Matthew Jones and Haylie Jones. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
