She is survived by: her husband Nelson Disla; her children, Nelson and Emely; her grandchildren, Arghennis, Jaxson and Juliana; and her siblings, Andre Toribio, Daniel Toribio, Joseph Polanco, Ellison Polanco, Ramona Polanco, Jacqueline Polanco and Yvette Salcedo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and God-children; and a host of friends.
