He was predeceased by: his parents, James Higgins and Mary Higgins (Murphy); and his siblings, James Higgins and Kathleen Lorenza. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Higgins (Arruda); his stepson Marc J. Lacasse; his grandson Justin Matthew Lacasse; his brother Richard Higgins; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Higgins.
