He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe LePera and Annunziata LePera (Fontanella); and his siblings, Antonio LePera, Salvatore LePera, Teresa Petrone and Assunta LePera.
He is survived by: his wife Giovanna Aiello LePera; his children, Giuseppe "Franco" LePera (Karen) and Annunziata Pasquale (David); his grandchildren, Risa McGurn (LePera), Sara LePera, Jack Cosimo Pasquale and Matthew Aiello Pasquale; his great grandchild Maeve McGurn; and his sisters, Angelina LePera and Rosaria "Lisa" LePera.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maceroni Funeral Home (1381 Smith St, North Providence, RI 02911). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Ghost (472 Atwells Ave, Providence, RI 02909). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cosimo's memory may be made to Holy Ghost Church.
