With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles F. Brown of Providence, Rhode Island, born in Madison, Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anna T. Brown (Almeida); his parents, Howard B. Brown Sr. and Eleanor Brown (Strother); his brothers, Richard E. Brown and Howard B. Brown; and also, Michael and Michele Speaks.
He is survived by: his children, Linda J. Brown of East Providence, Marvette Howard (LaRue) of Chicago, IL and Charles Howard of Columbus; his grandchildren, Langston, Aaron, Chandler, Eric Howard and DeAhna Carson; and his children, Sidney, Jeffrey and Nancy Speaks. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
