He was predeceased by: his wife Ann E. Duggan (McCormick); his parents, Elmer J. Duggan and Mary E. Duggan (Doyle); and his brother John J. Duggan. He is survived by: his children, Kevin C. Duggan of Warwick and Karen A. Duggan of Providence; his brother Edward Duggan (Leo) of Providence; his pets, Luna and Woody; and his sisters, Mary Nelson, Barbara Barone, Dorothy Watson, Madeline Johnson, Eleanor Scullin and Grace Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
