Though Cesar may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cesar leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Olga; his daughters, Jacqueline "Kellyn" and Jessica; his grandchildren, Sofia, Samuel, Nelson, Tiberius and Theo; and his child Jazer.
