He is survived by: his mother Theresa Huntley; his wife Anika Kimble-Huntley; his stepchildren, Ryan, Sean, Alexis, Stephon and Dale; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Tyree, Dale, Keean and Avery; his stepfather Eric Jackson; his siblings, Phyllis Huntley Evans, Angela Huntley, Regina Huntley and Christopher Huntley (JoAnn); his nephew Jeffrey Huntley (Chevon); and his nieces, Ashley Huntley (Kyle Smith), Denille Huntley-Gray (Michelle) and Lindsey Evans (Keeara). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nonviolence Institute, Rhode Island Coalition Against Gun Violence or the Met School in Providence, in Cedric's name, to reinforce Cedric's commitment to community empowerment and youth development.
