He is survived by: his wife Marie Mazzarella (Iozzi); his children, Carla Spremulli (Louis), Lisa Ricci, Anthony Mazzarella, Ann Marie Mazzarella and Marissa Nastasi (Peter); his brother Dr. Italo Mazzarella (Barbara); his grandchildren, Christopher Ricci (Diana), Michael Ricci (Jessica), Isabella Nastasi, Peter Nastasi and Matthew Spremulli; his great grandchildren, Samuel and Jack; his brother-in-law John Iozzi (Sandra); and his brother Antonio Mazzarella.
