He was predeceased by: his husband Allen Goodwin; his brother Michael Parker; and his parents, Edmund Parker and Catherine Parker (McNally). He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Da Silva of Providence and Scott Parker of Providence; and his niece Lisa Da Silva.
