He was predeceased by: his parents, Molee Buwee and Yieron Wabio Buwee; and his son Ben T. Buwee (Brigitte). He is survived by: his wife Mary T. Buwee; his children, Francis (Tomah), Patrick (Titi), Joe (Mai), Kebbeh (Amos), Monica, Larry (Aletha), Viola, Pony and Kayo; his siblings, Ben Buwee Sr. (Rebecca) and Nancy; his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Juah and Teetee Kollie; and his friends, Ivory Coast and Liberia. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
