She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Seal and Eva May Seal (Lamb); and also Billy Eugene Phipps. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Rosenberg of Queens, NY, Carol Phipps of Providence, Joann Phippps Trott of Providence, Christine Brooks of Providence, Alexandra Brooks of Providence, Samantha Phipps Moore of North Providence, Crystal Phipps Walker of Bristol, TN, Sandra Bishop of Martha's Vineyard, Jessica Phipps of Cranston, William Phipps of Providence, Larry Phipps of Providence, George Brooks of Bristol, TN and Joshua Phipps of Cranston, RI; and her brother Frank M. Seal of Virginia. She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and her pride and joy a Great Great Grandson.
