She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Forman and Sylvia Forman; her son Peter Joseph Kaplan; and her siblings, Roy Forman and Jill Forman Starr.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Robbins; her daughters, Lisa Kantor and Joy Kaplan (Becky Brooker); her grandchildren, Rachel Eve Kantor, Shayna Pearl Kantor, Benjamin Brooker Kaplan and Zoe Brooker Kaplan; her stepchildren, Seth Robbins and Nancy Ashbaugh; and her close friend Gina Robinson. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and their children.
