She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Melucci and Palmira Melucci (Narciso); her sister Marie A. J. Azar; her brother-in-law Louis E. Azar; and her nephew Richard E. Azar.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Anthony C. Azar (Dawn), Louis E. Azar, Jr. (Patty), Paula Wilson (Brian), Priscilla Azar, Patricia Azar and Pamela Azar; her great-niece Surrey Houlker; and her great-nephews, Alex Azar, Richard Wilson, David Wilson and Donny Azar.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish to can donate to their favorite charity in Arabella's memory.
