He was predeceased by: his parents, Quintino Garcia Madera and Maria F. Beltre; and his brother Ricardo Beltre. He is survived by: his wife Ysabel M. Marte De; his children, Anthony Beltre, Domingo Beltre and Harrison Beltre; his siblings, Rodolfo Beltre, Juan Madera, Andres Beltre, Rafael Beltre, Fresolina Beltre and Maria Altagracia Beltre; his grandchildren, Anthony James Beltre, Harrison Beltre Jr., Celvin Antonio Beltre, Adrian Emilio Beltre, Romeo Joel Beltre, Joselyn Beltre, Elisa Corina Beltre, Sebastian Antonio Beltre and Emily Olivia Beltre; and his son Maritza Emilia Diaz Luna.
