He is survived by: his wife Madia Briggs Okai; his children, Ammon Okai Jr. and Jambee Thomas; and his grandchildren, Aaron Ammon Okai, Diamond Currence, Anthony Thomas, Leah Ingram, Egypt Cole, Seray Cole and Khouron Rainey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
