She was predeceased by: her parents, Allison Boardman and Hazel Baker; and her cousin Anne. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Allison Fontaine (Ron) of Johnston; her granddaughters, Judith Lynne Crowley of Cranston and Allison Boardman Baker (Joseph Muccio) of Johnston; her great grandchildren, Victoria Allison and Elizabeth Susan Muccio of Johnston; her grandson Robert Fontaine (Lindsey) of Burrillville; her great grandchildren, Colman Walker Fontaine, Ronan Robert Fontaine and Nolan Baker Fontaine; her brother Dr. Norman Allison Baker (Elizabeth) of Mentone; her friend Connie Avila; her spouse Captain Irwin; and her daughters, Sue and Judi.
