Alice St. John Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice St. John of Providence, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 3, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harold F. St. John Jr.; her parents, John Joseph and Alice Joseph (Gonsalves); and her siblings, Rita Perry, John Joseph II and Clarence.
She is survived by: her children, Richard J. St. John of North Carolina, Harold F. St. John Ill (Rose) of Foster, Ann Marie Carbone (Bobby) of Scituate, Alice M. Potter (Bill) of Foster and Elizabeth A. Cavallaro (Frank) of Cranston; her grandchildren, Harold F. St. John IV of Florida, Michael S. St. John of Alabama, Joseph St. John (Jasmine) of Maryland, Dionna M. Mansolillo (Matthew) of Johnston, Danielle Carbone of Scituate, Robert J. Carbone (Taylor) of North Scituate, Domenic J. Carbone of North Smithfield, William Potter (Amber) of Woonsocket and Ashley M. Potter of Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Kyrie St. John, Michael St. John, Trey St. John, Matteo, Aria Mansolillo and Baby Carbone; her brother Frank Sears; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Sears, Annette Joseph and Edward Perry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (600 Pontiac Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Church (800 Pippin Orchard Rd, Cranston, RI 02921).
