He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Perry and Nora Perry (Ross); his wife Wilma Perry (McAuliffe); and his sibling Emerson Perry (Charles). He is survived by: his children, Marty of Sarasota, Deborah Melusky and Raymond Perry (Solange) of Portsmouth; his granddaughter Jennifer Vieira of Portsmouth; his grandchild-in-law Manny; his great grandchild Ethan; his grandson Edward Melusky III (Dianny Pena) of Warwick; his great grandchild Elias James; his grandchildren, Justin Perry of Washington, D. C. and Melissa Perry of Portsmouth; his siblings, Henry Perry, Arthur Perry, Helen Fahy (Perry) and Marston Perry; his pet Cleo; and also Bob Fulghum.
The family plans to celebrate at Green Valley Country Club, Ralph's life as soon as we beat the COVID-19 Pandemic.
