Tiernan of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away at the age of 77, on November 22, 2023. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Tiernan (Elliott); his children, Jennifer Ouellette (Jamie) of Bristol and Matthew Tiernan (Erica) of Hopkinton; his siblings, Daniel Tiernan (Debbie), Marjorie Ottilege (Robert) of Coral Gables, FL and Joan Coleman (James) of Punta Gorda, FL; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Rachel, Jack Ouellette, Matthew and Abby Tiernan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
