Hall III (Portsmouth, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 27, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha A. Hall (Ashley) and Herbert F. Hall, Jr.; and his sister Bernice Amber. He is survived by: his sister Janice Little (Huck); his nephew David Warren; and his sister Dorothy Piermont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
