He was predeceased by: his parents, George Biltcliffe and Diane Biltcliffe (Duchesne). He is survived by: his significant other Joan M. Rocha (Dorothy); his sons, David A. Biltcliffe (Mary L. Biltcliffe) and Stephen Biltcliffe; his grandchildren, Joshua Matthew (Kate), Mark (Sarah), Samantha and Sarah; his brothers, Kenneth Biltcliffe (Becky) and Michael Biltcliffe (Jeanne); his great grandchildren, Ava, Finn, Kianna, Ellie, Willa, Daniel and Tom; his stepgrandchildren, Steven, Caitlyn and Michelle; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaiden, Rowan and Kylie; and also, Kevin Rocha and Stephen Rocha (Corrine).
