He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. O'Hara and Shirley E. O'Hara (Johnson); and his son Christopher A. O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. O'Hara (Bosworth); his daughter Lindsey E. O'Hara of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Iris "Rudys" Dixey and Oscar "Meyer" Dixey; his brothers, Brian, Wayne, Michael and Jason O'Hara; and his brothers-in-law, Don, Scott and Jeff Bosworth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
