It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Essjay Foulkrod of Peace Dale, Rhode Island, born in Weston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Gale 'June Holloway and William Edward 'Ed Whittemore; her brother David Whittemore; and her stepparents, Snow Holloway and Margaret 'Peggy Whittemore.
She is survived by: her sister Debra Holloway (Fred Farnham); her children, Elizabeth Foulkrod, Joanne 'Jo Foulkrod (David Tode Oshin) and Paul Foulkrod; her grandsons, Nicholas Brotman-Foulkrod, Robin Foulkrod (Emma Lindberg) and Kestrel Oshin; and her wife Pam Brightman. She is also survived by her friends and family.
