He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Oliver and Angele Oliver (Frissyn); his wife Suzie (Piette); and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his children, William Oliver (Claudia), Christine Newman (Mark), Sharon Oliver-Kelley (Michael) and Nancy Devlin; his grandson Kyle Newman (Jackie); his great grandchildren, Kyla and Jordan; and his close friend Sasha.
