He was predeceased by: his parents, Shika Rakiyer and Roza Rakiyer (Belskaya). He is survived by: his brother Yefim Rakiyer of Pawtucket; his aunt Bluma Kanterman (Boris) of Seekonk; his cousin Vlad Kanterman (Kathy); and also, Alyse, Justin, Alex Kanterman (Debbie), Kayla and Kaci.
