He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sparks Sr. and Jeanne Sparks (Angilly). He is survived by: his children, Chelsea Luciani of Nashua, NH and Dylan Sparks of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, Liam, Lillian and Linkin; his close friend Sheryl Baptista; and his uncle Donald Sparks. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
