She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stranahan and Phyllis Stranahan (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband David Forrand; and her siblings, Bill Stranahan (Tracy), Carla Di Ciaccio (Ray), Karen Forsythe (Tray) and Jane Remington (Carl). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Manning-Heffern-O'Neill Funeral Home (220 Cottage St., Pawtucket, RI 02860). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 10:45 AM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
