He was predeceased by: his spouse Theresa M. Fontaine (Jubinville); and his parent Henry Fontaine. He is survived by: his parent Marie Fontaine (Blais); and his children, Dennis Fontaine, Paul Fontaine, Michele Kuffrey of Florida, Monique DeRaimo of Foster and Mark Fontaine of Pawtucket. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson.
