He was predeceased by: his wife Aline A. Fortin (Ratté); his parents, Aldemand Fortin and Victoria Fortin (Leonard); and his brothers, Robert and Ronald Fortin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Fortin of Attleboro and Jacqueline Desorcy (Ronald) of Attleboro; his granddaughters, Nicole Nunes of Attleboro and Stephanie Brown of South Bend; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Camryn, Mackenna, Mason Nunes, Emmeline, Ella and Ava Brown; his siblings, Irene Cullinan of Connecticut and Charles Lapierre of Warwick; and his pets, Bella, River and Rye. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
