He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Wade and Ruth Wade (Sinkinson); and his sister Carol Royley. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Wade (Irene) of North Kingstown, James Wade (Susan) of Narragansett and Peter Wade (Janet Dowling) of Johnston; and his brother-in-law Walter Royley of Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
