We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2018, Paul Tougas (Pawtucket, Rhode Island), born in Central Falls, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Leon Tougas; and his sibling Alice Sylvestre. He is survived by: his spouse Pauline Tougas (Desrosiers); his parent Matilda Tougas (Dube); his sons, Leo P. Tougas (Jane Shepard) of Providence, John P. Tougas (Pauline) of Pawtucket and Thomas P. Tougas (Rhonda) of Cumberland; and his siblings, Emile Tougas of Central Falls, Rita Tougas, Helen Gaouette and Leon Tougas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 1085 North Main Street, Providence RI 02904 would be greatly appreciated.
